The University of North Florida uses the Qualtrics Research Suite as its official online survey platform. All UNF faculty and staff have access to Qualtrics. Accounts are created automatically and do not need to be requested.
Logging in to Qualtrics is done through the "Online Survey Tool - Qualtrics" link located in the Quick links channel of the Home tab in myWings. When faculty and staff log in for the first time, their account is then created automatically.

Students accounts for Qualtrics are created by the Institutional Review Board. Please use this form to request student accounts. Your request will be processed within three business days.
Three Qualtrics workshops are available on campus: > Creating and Managing Online Surveys Level 1: This workshop is intended for people who have never used an online survey tool. This three-hour class introduces the basic functions of Qualtrics: creating, editing, formatting, publishing, and sharing surveys. > Creating and Managing Online Surveys Level 2: This workshop is intended for people who have used Qualtrics in the past. Participants learn how to use the Qualtrics library, survey distribution methods, custom email links, panels, and inclusion in social media sites to provide more efficient communication to survey participants. Creating and Managing Online Surveys, Level 1 is prerequisite to this class. > Qualtrics Reporting Tools: Participants in this class will learn how to use Qualtrics’ reporting tools to create, edit, and
publish or export survey reports. Creating and Managing Online Surveys Levels 1 and 2 are prerequisites to this course.
Multiple sessions of each workshop will be delivered each semester. You can register for the workshops on the CPDT registration page.If you are new to Qualtrics, but unable to attend the workshops, we encourage you to complete the online Learn Qualtrics in 5 Steps program. It will teach you everything you need to know to create and deliver Qualtrics surveys in about three hours' time.
