	Kelly G. Harrison - Director As the Director of the Center for Professional Development & Training, Kelly is responsible for ensuring that the training needs, both technical and professional, of the UNF community are met. With over 20 years of experience in the private and public education sectors, Kelly understands the importance of collaborative relationships with all departments in order to develop and deliver programs that address the needs of the University and its employees. He holds a master's degree in Social Science from Florida State University, a bachelor's degree in Professional Administration from Barry University, and is a certified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator©.

Karenis Padilla - Training Assistant

Karenis Padilla joined the Center for Professional Development and Training in September 2011 as the Training Assistant. In this role, Karenis serves as the first point of contact for all CPDT customers. She is always happy to assist with course registration and general inquiries, as well as ensuring the logistics for our training courses with accuracy and efficiency. Karenis, an Orlando native, moved to Jacksonville to attend the University of North Florida to obtain a degree in American Sign Language Interpreting. Karenis plans to use her experience with CPDT and her interpreting degree to prepare for a career in public service as an American Sign Language interpreter.

	Jim Starr - OPS Jim currently serves as part-time support for web pages, surveys, SkillSoft, and the UNF web calendar. Jim earned his bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of North Florida in 2007.
