Ughhhh, interviews… We all think we are great interviewers, but are we really? In this session, we will break down the interview process so we can become more confident, consistent interviewers. We will discuss the different types of interview questions, the ones you can and can’t ask, setting the right tone, and getting what you want out of the interview. In addition, there will be “live” demonstrations of some common, yet interesting, interview situations. This session is designed for supervisors and above and anyone that conducts interviews. |
