 Stress, we hear the word so many times in any given day. You may be feeling the effects of working long hours, no down time, no quality time with your family. Or you may feel that stress does not affect you at all. Stress can be both positive and negative. Americans are constantly on the go.

Learning Objectives: Understand what stress is and how it impacts you, recognize the symptoms and causes of stress, learn relaxation techniques that work, stress management tips.
