Selecting a new team member is a major investment for your organization. What you want in a quality employee selection process is one that validly predicts applicants' job performance, that gives every candidate a fair chance of being selected, and in which the people involved feel the process was worthwhile. In this workshop, participants will learn:
- what type of information to collect
- how to conduct a behavioral interview
- legal considerations in selection
They will practice interviewing a candidate using an Interviewer Guide which has been developed for UNF.
