 We live in a stressful world. In the short term, stress is vital to life and can be good. However, over time, stress can be very destructive. In this interactive seminar, participants will learn the definition of stress, identify sources of stress in their life and examine guidelines for a low-stressed lifestyle.

Learning Objectives: Define stress, identify sources of stress in your life, determine your current level of stress, and discover strategies for coping with and removing stress in your life.
