I. OBJECTIVE & PURPOSE

To protect the privacy of a student's educational records and assure compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended.


II. STATEMENT OF POLICY

The posting of grades by social security number is not permitted. All grades must be posted electronically in a secure environment such as blackboard or Banner Self Service.
