Registered Guest permits are made available only to those pre-authorized by a University department. You may order 10 or less permits by clicking Parking Registered Guest Permit Request with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
For urgent requests less than 24 hours, please submit the online request and then inform Parking Services (904) 620 - 2815. These passes must be picked up from the I-295/main Parking Information booth.
During the online order process, choose an option to pay; whether in person at Parking Services Building 52 or by submitting the Banner Index number. Payment in person will cost $5 per pass while payment through the Banner Index number will be $2 per pass.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A credit will be issued if the permit request is canceled during normal work hours Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Upon receiving the permits, NO credit will be issued if the date of the Registered Guest Pass has started. Any permits delivered to the departments will have to be returned to Parking and Transportation Services (Bldg. 52) before the credit is issued.
For more than 10 permit requests or if you are placing multiple orders for the same event date, send an e-mail to Felicia Rivera. Please make sure that the e-mail includes:
A Registered Guest permit allows for parking in the “Registered Guest/Vendor” section of Lots 2, 7, 9, and 4 in front of the Student Union, and on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor of the garages (avoid parking spaces on the ramp leading to the 2nd floor of the Arena Garage, these spaces are designated for Faculty/Staff spaces only). It does not allow parking in orange-lined “Designated” or "Faculty/Staff" spaces, the first floor of the garages, spaces marked “Reserved” or "Restricted," or in Housing Lots 10, 11, 12, 15, 16 and 17.
The Registered Guest permit must be displayed on the vehicle’s dash or hanging from the rear view mirror, so that the permit number is visible and facing outward while the vehicle is parked on campus.
It is imperative that departments register their guests using the online form and that a valid permit is appropriately displayed in order for guests to legitimately park in the "Registered Guest/Vendor” sections of the above mentioned lots.
The $5 Daily Permit purchased at either Parking Information booths is not the same as a registered guest pass. It excludes Registered Guest parking in Lots 2,3 and 7.
