The Herbert University Center provides complimentary basic audiovisual services for each room rental including the following:

  • Flip Chart and Markers (easel included)
  • Dry Erase Board and Markers
  • TV/VCR/DVD
  • Overhead Transparency Projector
  • Projection Screen

Currently available in the Grand Banquet Hall, Board of Trustees Room and Conference Rooms 1003 and 1027.

In-house system may require an on-site technician.

Request for technical service must be made 48 hours prior to start time of event or overtime charges will apply. Above charges are for regular working hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday). After hours, weekends and holidays will be subject to overtime charges. All equipment rentals are subject to service charges for installation and dismantle.

Please Note:

  • Equipment cancelled within 24 hours of an event’s start time will be billed at full price.
  • All prices listed are per room, per day.
  • Use this list only as a guideline – if you do not see a specific item needed to make your meeting a success, please contact your University Center representative.
  • The University Center does not rent its equipment for use outside the facility. If needed, we can provide a list of local audiovisual and presentation companies.
  • All equipment, installation and labor charges are subject to sales tax.
