Occupation:

  Vice president for Strategic Planning and Communications at Rayonier; responsible for all corporate long-range planning efforts and communications; joined Rayonier in 2007 with extensive experience in strategic planning and new business assessment refined over a career as an executive with Bombardier Capital and Barnett Banks (now Bank of America); previously president and chief executive officer of her own consulting practice.


Education:

     Master’s of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College; bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.


Activities:

  Commissioner for the Jacksonville Economic Development Commission; board member and treasurer of Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville and Northeast Florida Healthy Start Coalition Inc.; finance committee, Diocese of St. Augustine


Personal:

 Helen and her husband, Paul Halloran, have three children.
