Occupation:

Vice president for Long-Range Planning and Analysis at Rayonier; joined Rayonier in 2007 with extensive experience in strategic planning and new business assessment refined over a career as an executive with Bombardier Capital and Barnett Banks (now Bank of America); previously president and chief executive officer of her own consulting practice.


Education:

Master’s of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College; bachelor’s degree from Cornell University. 


Activities:

Board member and treasurer of Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville and Northeast Florida Healthy Start Coalition Inc.; finance council chair, Diocese of St. Augustine.


Personal:

Helen and her husband, Paul Halloran, have three children.
