 Shareholder of Lewis, Longman and Walker, PA.; more than 35 years of legal experience, specializing in environmental law, water law and governmental law,where he represents private and public sector clients on environmental permitting issues; served as general counsel for the St. Johns River Water Management District

 B.A. with high honors from University of Florida; J.D. with honors from University of Florida, College of Law  

Activities:

 Member and former chair of the St. Johns County Housing Finance Authority and a member of the Florida Bar Sections on Environmental and Land Use Law, Administrative Law and City, County and Local Government Law; also a member of the Presbytery of St. Augustine Board of Trustees
