William Radford Lovett, II

LovettRad Lovett, of Jacksonville, is co-founder of Lovett Miller & Co. He has served as founder, Chairman and CEO of two highly successful growth companies: TowerCom Development, LP, a developer of wireless communications infrastructure; and TowerCom, Limited, an owner and developer of broadcast communication towers. Mr. Lovett also has made venture capital investments in private companies which have generated attractive realized returns for investors. He currently monitors investments in, and serves as an advisor to Cypress Care, Inc.; EverBank Financial Corp; Innosource, Inc.; and Kinetic Books Company. Prior to co-founding Lovett Miller & Co., Mr. Lovett served as the president of Southcoast Capital Corporation, a family holding company that invests in private equities, public equities, and real estate. Prior to Southcoast Capital, Mr. Lovett worked for the Lincoln Property Company and in the corporate finance department of Merrill Lynch in New York City. Mr. Lovett earned an A.B. from Harvard College. He was appointed to the UNF Board of Trustees by the Governor, beginning August 26, 2011 to January 6, 2016. On January 18, 2013, the Governor appointed Mr. Lovett for a second term, until January 6, 2018.
