Trustee Korman stated that this special ad hoc committee was formed to discuss the Board of Trustees organizational structure, in terms of meetings – specifically full Board meetings and workshops. She related that the committee decided that the overriding principle of the Board meetings and workshops should be issue-oriented more than managerial.
Chair Taylor asked the administration to consider scheduling a workshop for late summer to continue this discussion.
