The Schedule of Bids is frequently updated on this page. It is the Bidder's responsibility to refer to this web site for all bids, supplemental instructions, addenda and notices. The University has no obligation to furnish this information by any other means than posting to this web site.

***In accordance with Florida Public Records Law set forth in section 119.07, Florida Statutes, amended and approved by the Governor, filed June 2, 2011, all bid information submitted and opened becomes public information at the time of Notice of Intended Decision, or thirty (30) days, whichever occurs first.***

Important Notice to Prospective Bidders: Effective July 1, 2012
Florida Statutes Section 287.084 and Section 283.35 require the University to provide a 5% preference to vendors whose principal place of business is in Florida (“Resident Vendors”). These Sections impose certain requirements on non-Resident Vendors, including the submission of a written opinion from a licensed attorney in the state of the non-Resident Vendor’s principal place of business at the time of submitting its bid, proposal or reply in order to be considered responsive. Vendors and their licensed attorneys are encouraged to review carefully these Sections in order to avoid a non-responsive bid, proposal or reply.
