Property Transfer:  A property transfer form is to be completed when property items are transferred between University Departments.

Survey Form:  A survey form is used for the removal of surplus porperty from the inventory database.  The most common reasons for surveying property are:

• Stolen or missing property
• Damaged, or uneconomical to repair
• Worn out of obsolete
• Useable only for cannibalization by department
• Trade-in
