SkyDrive (in Ospreys Email)
Also known as: Student File Storage

UNF students are now provided with cloud-based space to store files on Windows Live severs using SkyDrive.  The SkyDrive can be accessed through a student's Ospreys E-mail or by logging directly into http://skydrive.live.com with their Ospreys email address (n#@ospreys.unf.edu) and password.  Students have access to their SkyDrive for life and even have the option to share files on the SkyDrive with other students.

More information on the student SkyDrive can be found on the ITS webpage: http://www.unf.edu/anf/its/e-mail/Studentemail/SkyDrive.aspx
Features:

Students who were accepted to UNF before April 22, 2012 were given 25GB of free storage space on their SkyDrive, however, due to a recent change by Microsoft, they must choose to upgrade their storage to keep the 25GB (this option is only available for active SkyDrive holders who had at least one file in their account on or before April 21, 2012). Students with active accounts that do not upgrade will have their space permanently (unless they purchase more) decreased to 7GB.  To upgrade back to 25GB, see the Upgrade SkyDrive Storage.

NOTE: The decrease to 7GB has already been implemented. At this time ITS is unsure how long the "upgrade" option will be available.

Students who were accepted after April 22, 2012 will be given 7GB of free storage space on their SkyDrive.
