Did you know that Information Technologies offers several different ways for you to make a conference call?

  1.  A conference bridge with both a local and toll free number for up to 12 callers.
  2.  A conference bridge with an 800 number that will accommodate up to 125 callers.
  3.  A speaker phone to use for a conference call.
  4. Combining a speaker phone with either option 1 or 2.
Customer Responsibility:
There is a set up fee associated with each request and you can bundle multiple conference call dates on one request and only pay one set up charge. Customers are charged less than .05 per minute when participants use the 800 number. There is no additional charge for using the local number. How to Request Access:
To request one of our phone conferencing services please submit an online service request  listing the date(s) of your conference call(s). Information Technology Services will provide a local and if requested, an 800 number for you to share with the participants.
