Instructional Satisfaction Questionnaire (ISQ)
Also known as: ISQ
Article 18 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement dictates that faculty should be evaluated annually, based on annual reports, student evaluations and other reports from those who have supervised or collaborated with the faculty member during the course of the academic year.
Instructional Satisfaction Questionnaire (ISQs) are conducted through a collaboration of three departments: Academic Affairs (manages the process and provides funding), Institutional Research (posts the results in the online FAIR system, and Information Technology Services (delivers the materials, processes the paper ISQs, and maintains the online ISQ system in Banner).
Information about ISQs may be found on theOffice of Institutional Research and Assessment's website.
Distance Learning courses, Hybrid courses, and all courses offered by Brooks College of Health are conducted online. All other courses use paper ISQ forms and are conducted during class time.
