Before initiating cell phone service, faculty and staff should consider whether they would like to synchronize their cell phone with UNF email servers. If so, they should contact the ITS Help Desk who can help the employee determine the appropriate device that will work with UNF systems. UNF supports smartphones that use Microsoft ActiveSync to synchronize information between the smartphone and UNF's e-mail servers.
