About Camp

The Youth Sports and Fitness Camp began in 1981 with the idea of keeping kids active all summer long. It is an all-sports camp that has a weekly sport theme along with a weekly field trip.Campers have access to our state-of-the-art Wellness Complex and participate in climbing wall, yoga, zumba, indoor track, and spinning activities all designed for fun and fitness. All of our activities are age appropriate and are designed so every camper has fun!

 Weekly Activities include:

  • Daily swimming*
  • Weekly sport
  • Skill instruction
  • Indoor / outdoor free play
  • Stretching
  • Group fitness classes
  • Weekly field trip

*Swimming is at a campus housing swimming pool.  Due to the limited capacity of this pool, camp groups will be scheduled on a rotating swimming schedule each week.  Swim lessons are not available.  Certified lifeguards are on duty.  US Coast Guard life jackets are provided to non-swimmers who do not pass the swim test.

Counselors: All of the counselors working the Youth Sports & Fitness Camp are American Red Cross First Aid & CPR certified and have completed on-site training.

Full-day Camp (5-14 age groups)

Camps are offered on a weekly basis. There will be 9 sessions available beginning June 5th. Camp hours are from 9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Drop off time for camp begins at 7:30 a.m. Campers must be picked up by 6:00 p.m. After 6:00 p.m., a $10 fee will be charged to your account for every 15 minutes late.
