Masters Swimming

About

UNF Master Swimming is a program created for those athletes 18 yrs & older:

  • Train for swim meets, triathlons or open water events.
  • Stay in shape or lose some weight.
  • Improve their swimming skills.
  • Improve technique levels.
  • Learn new swimming strokes
  • Have a healthy hobby.
  • 8 practices a week that the athlete can choose from.
  • Coach on deck during each practice that motivates and encourages the athlete.
  • A healthy way to have a mental break from the stressful moments that people might go through in a daily basis.
  • Goal setting atmosphere.
