Parking

Everybody must have a parking permit in order to park at UNF on weekdays. Vehicles without a visible parking permit are subject to citation ($35.00 ticket). Parking permits are available for purchase in person at the Front Desk by current program participants. Permits are not sold online and non-refundable.  Parking Permit not required for Saturday lessons

Make-Up Lesson Policy

Make-up lessons will be scheduled based on the following conditions: unexpected facility closure, or severe and threatening weather alerts to our local area. In either scenario, swim lesson families will be informed by Aquatic Center staff members of such closure and the corresponding make-up swim lesson. Each season can bring unpredictable weather and thunderstorms. Even during these storms, the Aquatic Center will continue with the scheduled swim lessons program. Should lightning come within an unsafe distance from the facility, the pool deck will be cleared and alternate water safety based lessons will be taught to the students. Make-up lessons are not offered for individual students who miss classes.

Refund Policy

A $20 processing fee is assessed to all refunds for aquatics programs. A partial refund can be issued until 72 hours prior to the first class meeting. Refunds will NOT be granted after that time. A refund request for cash/check original payments will require a social security number. This is a University policy. Check refunds may take 3-5 weeks to be mailed out. Credit card refunds can be processed within days.

Transfer Class Policy

A transfer fee of $10.00 applies to any transfer in classes. You may transfer to another class as long as the class that you choose to transfer to is still available. Please before registering, make sure that you chose the right class for your child(ren). All transfers are done in person at UNF Aquatic Center facility. Will not accept over the phone transfer request.

Referral Discount

If a current customer refers a family/friend to join our Aquatics family then, current customer will receive a $15.00 credit just to say thanks for the referral & choosing UNF Aquatic Center for your recreational needs. (New customer will need to mention customer’s name in order to receive credit).

Military Discount

Discounts on swim lessons. Must show current Military ID.
