COEHS Open House/Sophomore Transition


The College of Education and Human Services‚Äč will host an open house for all education major, minors and those interested in teaching. Kelly Services for substitute teaching, Duval County schools and Clay County schools representatives will be present. Attendees will have an opportunity to learn about study abroad and scholarship opportunities and meet with departmental faculty, Veterans and Military Resource Center and Disability Resource Center representatives, as well as COEHS clubs. Light refreshments will be served.

Thursday, September 29th, 2016. 11am to 1pm. Tom and Betty Petway Hall, Building 57, room 1100A.

Science Education graduate wins prestigious award

The Roanoke County Education Foundation named its teacher of the year Wednesday night with the 2016 Golden Apple Award. Barbara McGrath graduated from UNF.
