Important Dates/Deadlines:
- Summer A and C terms begin Wednesday, May 8.
- Summer A and C add/drop week is Wednesday, May 8 - 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 14.
- State Waiver forms must be submitted by Friday, May 10.
- Deadline to pay/pend/defer Summer tuition and fees is 5 p.m. Thursday, May 16.
- Deadline to reinstate into Summer A/C courses is Friday, May 31.
- Deadline to late register for Summer A/C/8/10 week courses is Friday, May 31.
- Spring 2013 diplomas and transcripts ready for pick up with ID on Friday, May 31.
- Deadline to withdraw from Summer A term courses (No refund) is Friday, June 6.
- Deadline for complete withdrawal from Summer C (25% refund) is Friday, June 6.
Attention Spring 2013 Graduates
- Spring 2013 Commencement is Friday, April 26th.
- Diplomas and transcripts are available for pick up with photo ID Friday, May 31 from One Stop (Duval County mailing addresses only; All others mailed).

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects your right to confidentiality and limits the release of information pertaining to your records and award(s). Information released via telephone or email will be limited to general information. For more detailed information, you may visit the One Stop office in Hicks Hall. Picture I.D. is required to access your records.
