    • Aug 5:                 Transcripts from other institutions due for commencement
    • Aug 12:               Summer 2016 grades available in myWings
    • Aug 17:               Transient student registration for fall 2016
    • Aug 19:               Senior citizen/State waiver registration for fall 2016
    • Aug 19:               Deadline for fall 2016 residency reclassification
    • Aug 22:               Fall 2016 classes begin
    • Aug 22-26:         Fall 2016 Add/Drop/Late Registration ($100 late reg fee)
    • Aug 24:               Deadline to submit State Waivers
    • Aug 29:               Deadline to pay/pend/defer fall 2016 tuition and fees (5 p.m.)
    • Aug 29:               Deadline to submit UNF Tuition Waivers


    • Sept 2:                Summer 2016 diplomas to be mailed
    • Sept 5:                Labor Day (UNF closed)
    • Sept 9:                Deadline to late add/course transfer for fall 2016 ($100 late fee)
    • Sept 9:                Deadline to reinstate into fall 2016 courses ($100 late fee)
    • Sept 16:              Deadline for a complete withdrawal from fall 2016 (25% refund)


    • Oct 13:                Freshmen mid-term grades post to myWings
    • Oct 21:                Spring 2017 schedule available

    • The deadline to apply for Fall 2016 graduation is Tuesday, November 8. See your academic advisor if you need to apply to graduate after the deadline.
    • Fall 2016 Commencement is Friday, December 9, 2016 in the UNF Arena.

    The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects your right to confidentiality and limits the release of information pertaining to your records and award(s). Information released via telephone or email will be limited to general information. For more detailed information, you may visit the One-Stop office in Hicks Hall. Picture I.D. is required to access your records.
