Transcript Requests
Current and former UNF students may request a transcript by submitting a completed Transcript Request form and a check or money order. Transcripts are $8 each. Payment must be submitted with the request.
Students may also request a transcript online through National Student Clearinghouse using any major credit card. You will be charged $8 per transcript and $2.25 per destination. You card will be charged when the transcripts are sent. You can track the status of your order on their website.
FedEx Overnight service for transcript orders is available to students for a $15.00 flat shipping fee.
UNF transcripts only reflect UNF courses. Transcripts for coursework taken at another institution must be requested from that institution.
Requests cannot be processed for students who have an outstanding financial obligation to the University.
Transcripts will be available for pickup or mailing approximately two business days after receipt of the request.
Mailing addresses listed on transcript requests are limited to 30 characters per line, and there are four total lines available. Those mailing to a foreign address may add a fifth line.
Although students may submit attachments to be mailed with their transcripts, only official documents required by the receiving agency will be mailed with the transcript. Personal documents or other documents not required to be sent with a transcript will not be accepted.
Students will receive two free transcripts upon receiving their diplomas for a bachelor's or graduate degree.
Both current and former students can access a copy of their unofficial transcript from their myWings account.
NOTE: You will be unable to access your unofficial transcript if you have a financial or student conduct hold.
