Records and Registration

FERPA

The 1974 Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal law (20 U.S.C. 1232g) that protects the privacy of a student’s educational record. FERPA applies to all educational institutions receiving funds from the United States Department of Education, from kindergarten through university level.

Registering for Classes

These are the primary tools you will need to find and register for your classes.

Advising Offices

Talk to your advisor about your course selections. Your advisor can help you choose classes that meet your program requirements and are appropriate for your level of preparation.

The Academic Center for Excellence (ACE) also provides study skills workshops and opportunities for peer tutoring .
