Mid-Year and Summer Request Forms 

Mid-Year (Spring) 

Students who did not attend UNF or did not receive financial aid at UNF in the Fall term should complete a Mid-Year Request form and a FAFSA by the November 1 priority date. The Mid-Year Request form will be available in your myWings account each year around October 15. Check the One Stop Student Services website for exact availability dates. Summer

At UNF, the summer term is the end of our academic year.  Therefore summer financial aid uses the FAFSA from that current aid year. So, if you wish to be evaluated for Summer 2013 financial aid, you must have a valid 2012-2013 FAFSA on file. Make sure you have filed the appropriate year FAFSA and that UNF is on your list of schools to receive the results.

 

All new transfer and continuing UNF students seeking summer financial aid must complete a Summer Request form. The Summer Request form will be available in your myWings account each year around March 15. Check the One Stop Student Services website for exact availability dates.  Learn more about Summer Term Financial Aid.  New first time in college freshman admitted to UNF for the summer term do not have to submit a Summer Financial Aid Request Form, however they still must have a valid FAFSA for the correct aid year on file.
 

Instructions

  1. Log in to the myWings web portal.
  2. From the Students tab, access Student Self Service.
  3. In Student Self Service, select the Financial Aid tab.
  4. Choose Institutional Online Forms and then select the appropriate form.
  5. Read the requirements page.
  6. Complete the form by following the instructions.
