Encouraging Healthy Habits through Literacy is designed to help families promote their children's health and wellness through three family engagement sessions focused on 1) nutrition 2) exercise, and 3) the body. Children's books and hands-on activities are used to promote adult-child interactions. This workshop series was developed and pilot tested with funds provided through a UNF foundation grant, 2007-2009.
