Application for the Intensive English Program

Registration is Easy

  1. Apply at least eight weeks before the start of a class.
  2. Download and complete the  Application & Financial Responsibility Form  . Send a non-refundable application fee of $125 USD by check, money order or credit card.
  3. If you are transferring and have a F-1 student Visa, follow the steps above and request a transfer form from the ELP office. Have the International Student Advisor at your school complete the form and return it with your original documents to the ELP office.

  • Fill out the application (two pages)
  • Fill out the Certificate of Financial Responsibility (CFR) (two pages)
  • Include $125 USD application fee
  • Include $65 USD mailing fee iInclude transfer request form (if applicable)
  • Include a passport photocopy
