Responsibility of the Student to Stay Informed

It is the student's responsibility to keep informed of all rules, regulations, and procedures required for graduate studies. Graduate program regulations will not be waived or exceptions granted because students plead ignorance of the regulations or claim failure of the adviser to keep them informed.

Registration

You will be able to register for classes online. Your registration information will be posted on MyWings, UNF's web portal. To use the portal you must go to http://mywings.unf.edu and log into the system. To set your password, please click on the link just below the login boxes that says "Login Help" and follow the instructions. Once you enter the portal, please read the Accessing Banner Self Service Guide. This will show you how to search the class schedule, register for classes, drop classes, and view and print your detailed schedule.
Immunization Requirements

Prior to registration, a Student Health/Immunization Form must be on file with UNF Student Health Services. You can download the form from the Medical Compliance website or contact them at (904) 620-2175 for further information.
Tuition & Fee Payment

Tuition is due by the end of the first week of class. All tuition and fees must be pended or paid by that date. If you have any questions about your tuition, please contact the Cashier's Office at (904) 620-2472.
Parking

Every car parked on the UNF campus must have a parking pass. Daily parking passes are available for $3 per day from the information booths at either entrance to the University. Parking decals and hanging tags are also available for the semester or the year. For more information, please see the Parking Services website or contact them at (904) 620-2815.
Housing

On-Campus housing is available for graduate students. If you are interested in pursuing this option, please make sure to mark on your Housing Contract that you are a graduate student. For more information about room availability and rates, please contact Housing Operations at (904) 620-4663 or email them at www.housing@unf.edu.
Advising

Each graduate program has a faculty program director that will either serve as your advisor or will put you in contact with your advisor in the department. For a list of current program directors, click here.
UNF Email & Student ID Number

Your UNF Student ID number is at the top right-hand corner of your acceptance letter. It is used to log into the MyWings portal which is the central location for all of your online student services.

You have also been assigned a UNF email address. You should begin checking your UNF email as soon as you are admitted. This is the primary means of communication between UNF students and administration. Important announcements and information will be sent to your UNF email address.
Financial Aid

Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or renewal online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. The UNF school code is 009841. Please contact the Financial Aid Office for assistance at (904) 620-5555, option #3.
