Applying to the Graduate School



Thank you for considering the Graduate School at UNF for your graduate studies. We would like to help make the application process a smooth one for you, so please consider the following important notes before beginning the application process.

  • Applications are only good for the term in which they are submitted.    
    • Consideration for admission to another term than that which you first applied will require a new application and application fee.
  • All required admission documentation must be recieved by the Graduate School before an application is considered complete and ready for review.  
    • To ensure you have submitted all proper documentation required for your intended program, please view the Graduate Programs page.



Previously Enrolled UNF Students   First-time Applicants

If you have previously attended UNF and are familiar with the myWings portal, please login using your N# and password.


Apply via myWings


First-time applicants can create an application through our online application system.  Upon submission of your application, you will receive an email confirmation providing you with a new N#. 


Please check the email address you provided on your application for access to the myWings portal and to monitor the status of your application.

12  Deadline for complete withdrawal with 25% refund (C term only)
12  Deadline to withdraw from Summer A (no refund)
19  Deadline to withdraw from 8 week term courses (no refund)
19   Space available registration (Senior Citizen/State Waiver)
19 Summer A classes end
22-26 Summer B add/drop ($100 late fee)
22 Summer B courses begin
26 Advanced term registration ends for Fall 2015
29 Deadline to pay/pend/defer fees for Summer B term (5 p.m.)
30 Deadline to apply for summer 2015 graduation
