Applications Development

Our Applications Development unit provides custom applications and automated solutions in support of administrative functions of the University. In conjunction with our Business Services unit, we offer complete life-cycle software development services from business analysis through functional requirements, software development, testing, implementation, documentation, maintenance and ongoing support. Our project teams collaborate with all areas of Information Technology Services and the client, to ensure creative, specialized, and efficient applications which not only meet the client’s business needs, but are fully integrated with the University’s enterprise-wide systems.

Business Services

Our Business Services area is responsible for the Financial, Human Resource, Financial Aid and A & F Auxiliary Services areas in support of the administration functions of the University. Business Services, along with the Development team, offer complete life-cycle software development services from business analysis through functional requirements, software development, testing, implementation, documentation, maintenance and ongoing support. Along with collaborating with all areas of Information Technology Services, Business Services is also responsible for coordinating vendor releases, upgrades, and system maintenance.

Systems Integration

Our Systems Integration unit coordinates with other ITS areas to maintain systems and provide automated solutions that support academic and administrative needs. The team is responsible for managing the integration of third-party technology solutions, including Blackboard, Luminis Portal, Ektron Content Management System (CMS), EMS Calendar System, and Quillix Imaging System.
