    October is National Cyber Security Awareness Month

    In recognition of National Cyber Security Awareness Month, Information Technology Services will be providing a variety of resources and events to help the campus community better understand cyber security and the simple steps to take to protect yourself, your family and the University.

    Beginning Summer 2016 UNF will start transitioning the University's Learning Management System from Blackboard to Canvas. Faculty and staff should visit the CIRT Canvas support page to learn more about the transition. Students can find information on the Canvas implementation here.

    Students have one place to find everything they need to know about using UNF's technology resources; it is the online Student Technology Toolkit.   

    How to Submit IT Project Proposals

    Arrows with Project Management text IT project proposals include efforts such as modifying existing UNF software applications, custom software development, new report requests, implementation of a cloud or hosted application, business re-engineering and improvement, and replacing one product with another. Instructions and tips for submitting project proposal requests 

    ITS Requests are Easy!

    Students, faculty and staff can submit an Information Technology Services request within myWings or at http://help.unf.edu. The TeamDynamix tool, gives users status-tracking ability for easier monitoring of progress and resolution of requests. Visit the website to learn how to submit an online ITS request using the interface. In addition to online submissions, the ITS Help Desk may be contacted by phone, e-mail or in-person visit to request assistance.
