Active Athletes
This application allows the user to view a list of active athletes for the selected term and sport. If matching records are found, the number of students selected will be displayed along with four options:
1. Show Report on the Web
2. Show Report in Excel
3. Show Report in Excel with mailing addresses
4. Send an email message to the students
Intended Audience/Users: Deans, Associate Deans, Department Chairs, Enrollment Services, and Advisors
Report by Curriculum
This application provides functionality for selecting groups of students based upon curricula. There are three groupings of criteria that can be selected as follows:
1. Curriculum Selection
At a minimum, you must select either a college or a minor. Make your choice from top to bottom. The choices in the drop down selections will change as you make selections to reflect valid choices.
2. Population Selection
Use this to narrow the populations of students to those enrolled in a particular term or to all active students.
3. Additional Selection Criteria
The user can narrow the result set by selecting additional criteria in this section. The boxes next to hours and GPA allow the user to enter low and high limits for the selection. When using the earned hours selection use the Type of Hours field to include both transfer and UNF hours, or simply UNF hours. Beginning and/or ending terms (YYYYMM) may be entered into the catalog boxes to restrict results to a specific range of catalogs.

Transfer of Records
When students change their college and major, their paper records are then forwarded to the new college. There is a process to Capture Change of Major in order to facilitate the transfer of records from one college to another. The user will select the report type, the Date Range, the From College and the To College. The report type can be College Transfer or Change of Major. The College Transfer indicates that the student changed colleges. The Change of Major indicates a major change within the same college. A list of students whose college and/or major was changed based on the selections will be displayed including date, UNF ID, last name, first name, middle name, classification, prior college, prior major, new college and new major.
