Student Placement
Students in the College of Education and Human Services, as part of the curriculum, must gain experience in a teaching capacity within the classrooms in the surrounding community. These placements are associated with certain courses. COEHS must track all student placements.

School Type Maintenance
School types must be defined to associate with a school. The school type is used when defining the School Information.

Grade Level Maintenance
Grade levels must be defined. The grade level is used when defining the School Information and when placing a student.

School Information
Schools must be defined in order to place students. The School Information uses both the School Type and Grade Level as part of its definition.

School Subject Maintenance
School subjects must be defined. The school subjects are used when defining the School Information and when placing a student.

Directing Teacher/UNF Supervisor
Directing Teacher/UNF Supervisors must be defined and associated with a School (defined in School Information). The Directing Teacher/UNF Supervisor is used when placing a student.

Fingerprint Information
In order for students to be eligible to be placed in a classroom, they must first pass a fingerprint check for each county that they will be teaching in. The fingerprint information is recorded and can be viewed prior to placing a student.

Student Placement
Each student placement is recorded. For each term and course, there is a record of where the student performed their student teaching. The School, School Type, District, Grade Level, Subject, and Directing Teacher are selected when placing the student.

Student Placement Summary (all)
Administrators in the College of Education and Human Services can view the student placement data. The user is able to select from the following parameters: Term, School Subject, School District, School Name, Course ID, School Grade, School Type, and Directing Teacher. Only one selection is required, so the report can be viewed in a variety of ways depending on the selection of parameters.

Student Placement Summary (single)
Administrators in the College of Education and Human Services can view the student placement data. The user can view all placements for a given student.
