Contact Batch Update 

The Contact Batch Update screen is used to change contact dates for a group of students, in support of recruitment tape loads. The Banner baseline process does not allow the contact date to be specified and defaults to the date of load. This application will give the user control of this field.

 

Intended Audience/Users: Enrollment Services Recruitment Administrator 

 

 

Contact Maintenance 

The Contact Maintenance screen is used to maintain Banner Contacts and where they are used. There are currently two screens that use this information. They are the Recruit Data Entry and the Student Contact Maintenance form.

Recruit Data Entry 

The Recruit Data Entry screen is used to enter new recruits in the system.

 

Intended Audience/Users: Enrollment Services Admissions Office and Enrollment

Services Welcome Center

 

 

Recruitment User Maintenance 

The Recruitment User Maintenance screen is used to maintain the users who are not UNF employees but need access to enter information in the Recruit Data Entry screen.

Student Contact Maintenance 

The Student Contact Maintenance screen is used to add, delete, or update certain Banner contacts without having to go into INB. When updating a contact only the Contact Date can be updated. When adding new contacts a Contact must be selected and the Contact Date must be entered.
