Classroom reservation request form

Only active students, faculty and staff are permitted to request a space.


The Registrar's Office reserves space in general purpose classrooms and a select group of computer labs. We do not handle conference rooms, Robinson Theater, Fine Arts Center, Student Union, Arena, University Center, or Buildings 14, 42 or 57. We encourage room requestors to add their events to the UNF Calendar of Events. Standard processing time is two business days. Please allow for up to three business days during peak times.

Terms and conditions
  • The request processor does not have access to classrooms. If you are unable to access your reserved room, please contact the University Police Department at (904) 620-2800.
  • For faculty and staff, technology questions and/or concerns should be directed to the ITS Help Desk at (904) 620-4357. Students who do not have a sponsor present during the reservation will not be granted technology support. Students may, at their own risk, bring a laptop to plug into the VGA cable to gain access to the projector.  
  • Classrooms must be left in the same condition as when you arrived. If any furniture is moved or trash is generated, please clean up and arrange the room before you leave.
  • This reservation is subject to change or cancellation if the assigned classroom is required for a regularly scheduled academic class.
  • This office can only reserve space for those affiliated with UNF — students, faculty and staff. If you are not affiliated with UNF, your reservation request must be completed by a faculty or staff sponsor.
  • Student room requests will only be processed if the sponsor is listed on the form.
  • Students cannot reserve computer labs.
  • Requests by student groups for academic space will not be granted before 9 p.m. on weekdays.
  • Classrooms are reserved as is. Additional technology and/or furniture needed must be secured by the requestor.
