Course Reserve Request

Use this form to request a book the library already owns.

 

This electronic form is to request an item from the Library's collection be placed on reserve for the duration of the current/next term for a particular course and instructor.  This form should NOT be used for photocopy/electronic copies, materials which the Library does not own (check UNF Library Catalog) or personal copies.

 

All requests are subject to the UNF Library Course Reserve Policy and must be fully copyright and license compliant for the intended use.
