Dr. Renée Sum Scott, a native of Uruguay, is an Associate Professor of Spanish at the University of North Florida where she teaches Latin American Literature, Culture, and Spanish. Her research focuses on Latin American literature with emphasis on the Southern Cone, Jewish writers, gender and ethnicity. Her projects contribute to an understanding of the relationships between the literary texts and the historical and social conditions in which they are produced. Education: |
