The above screen demonstrates what happens when the SFX link is clicked in the database. A new window opens with options for finding the full text of the article. If any full text is available online in another of the library's databases, the full text links appear at the top of the listing. In the sample, we have full text available in a number of different databases, including Expanded Academic ASAP, InfoTrac OneFile, Literature Resource Center, and ProQuest Research Library.

Additionally, SFX gives users the ability to check the library's catalog for a print copy of an article, to check the State University libraries for a copy of the article, to request the article via Interlibrary Loan, and to check up on the journal using the Ulrich's Periodicals Directory online. Potentially, a researcher can begin a search in any database and locate the articles in other databases or in print in the UNF library or in other libraries.
